When Will Revised TREC Forms Be Available?

The Texas Real Estate Commission in November approved changes to several of its forms. The use of the revised forms is mandatory Feb. 1, 2023, and you can now access the revised versions for voluntary use on TREC’s website.
The revised forms will be available on texasrealestate.com and in zipForm on Jan. 3, 2023.
