How to Use the Market Snapshot Tool in MarketViewer

Available exclusively to REALTORS®, MarketViewer is a powerful data tool with a dashboard that puts trends and statistics at your fingertips.

The Market Snapshot report offers even more insights tailored to your specifications. To access it from the dashboard, click on the Report Menu button, then choose Market Snapshot.

Use the dropdown menus to narrow your search. First, choose an association name. Then select a market type, then market name. Choose a property type, and then finally the month. You must narrow your search in order.

Your search will include data from this year and last year for:

1. Closed sales

2. Median sales price

3. Average sales price

4. Ratio to original list price

5. Days on market

6. New listings

7. Under contract

8. Active listing count

9. And months inventory.

You can download the information by clicking on the Download icon at the bottom of your screen.
