Apply for the William C. Jennings Award if you or your company completed an outstanding commercial real estate transaction that positively affected your community.

The Jennings Award is presented annually to spotlight the achievements of real estate professionals whose work benefitted their clients and enhanced the quality of life and economic development of their market. The award winner will be featured in Texas REALTOR® magazine and be nominated for recognition at the national level. In addition, the award winner’s local association will receive a $1,000 grant.
